we already had a headstart on the skeleton from the homemade tonneau cover that was on it. we had the skeleton done and the 3 big pieces of floor done in a little over a day.
still need to do the sides and front, and a piece to go on top of the front bed rail because the factory front rail is lower than the sides by a hair, and is curved.
also need to cut out for the fuel door that is gonna go in the floor.

got back to work on it again last night. got all the side pieces cut and put on. all the seams are fully welded and ready for me and the grinder to have a fun time tonight.

got all the metal in and welded, and most of the grinding done. also put a fuel door in the bed.






gonna finish grinding it tomorrow morning and do the bed liner after that. need to do some other small things then hoping to take it for a little test drive if the weather is decent.

all the welds are ground down, but it was cold out yesterday so i didnt get to bedline it yet. gonna do that today after i take it for a drive around the neighborhood.
