yea they would of been better off passing that money ($500,000-taxes=$300,000)out to AMERICAN CITIZENS 18 and older... this way young kids would go out and buy cars... with that money and the gov can still collect tax on the money they give out and on every thing that people would by like they do as it is..

makes perfect sence to me... now tell me one reason that wold not work out..
