So in case anyone heard or wanted to...

As some of you know I work for the fire department in my town and a week ago we had a train derail in the middle of the night. I was the only one that was able to get close enough to get pics...some of the pics are dark, no idea how to brighten them up or make my flas better, but it will give you the idea...No one was hurt, so that is the good news.

This was the pile of some of the tracks...detroyed all 4 rails

This track usually runs north and south, but in this pic it was goin east and west

damn did they say what the cause was from?

no we never heard that...we have a head guy from the train coming to the station monday night to thank us and everything, so we will probably find out there...all we really know is the tire fell off about 1/2 mile back

dayum!!! thats a helluva wreck man! im glad no one got hurt. btw, the place i work at, we make communication equipment for the masks that you firefighters use. we make the Scott and Draeger systems. if thats what use, then everytime you use it, you can say "hey a minitrucker help make this"...lol

yeah i will keep that in mind...next time we are about to go into a building, I am gonna announce that stuff out loud and really confuse everyone...lol
