Kennys S10
Kenny brought me his s10 in a few weeks ago. He got a deal on some 20s but the truck no longer layed so he wanted me to make it lay and keep the AC.

I started by doing the usual firewall tubbs and relocating the wiring harness port higher up on the firewall. Then i started on the AC box. Ive seen some people recess the fan into the firewall but that drasticly cuts down on the airflow. Ive also only seen this done on 18s, theres no way the motor will fit with the 20s. So after some thought i decided to invert the fan and put it inside the truck and make the external box all airflow.

The air will pass through about 1/3 of the chiller, much more than most setups ive seen. And since the fan is still stock it will blow justas much air as it did.
After that i built the inner fenders, relocated the fuse block and computer, and stretched the wiring harness in 4 places. I also made my own no notch tierods and installed a full set of SD control arms.

All Im waiting on now is the smaller booster to arrive so i can finish the brakes and relocate the cruise control.

Re: Kennys S10
Time for finished pics! Been so busy i forgot to post up. After a troublesome fuel pump and proportioning valve its ready to go. Tight squeeze but i got everything in there. Only thing i got rid of is the washer bottle.

Last thing i did was make my own no notch tie rods. Im gonna buy 2 new ones and pre bend them for kenny so he can switch them out when he goes through the frontend.
