NEW Website - UPSTATEdvd.com

Hey guys,

I've actually been on here for awhile, but haven't been very active. My name is Chris, everyone calls me STACK.

I've been working extremely hard on putting a DVD together and freshening up the website. I recently finished touching it up and would like to present to you the new official website: http://www.upstatedvd.com

If you didn't know about Upstate-Society.com, its still the same, just a different name and website features. I've removed the forum due to BOTS and added a Radio Playlist. The radio playlist consists of all the music you will hear on the upcoming DVD. But the reason why I changed the website URL to upstatedvd.com is because I would get countless emails asking me how does one join the truck club (?!?!?! LOL)...when clearly the website was devoted to covering shows, doing vehicle features, etc. So I nipped it in the butt, and changed the name. If you still use upstate-society.com or upstatesociety.com....they will automatically redirect you to the primary URL. So your safe!



I hope you like the new look. The preview for the upcoming DVD: Throwback will be out in a week or so. Just waiting on some voice over work to come in from a studio and everything should be golden from there.

pretty badass looking site STACK! i cant wait for the new dvd to come out. what shows are you gonna have on it? also, i discovered a really badass metal band on MySpace a few years ago called Soldiers Of Scrape from Detroit. you should look into seeing if they would be willing to put some of their muisic on your dvd.

Thats very flattering. Unfortunately, that DVD will be obsolete in epic proportions when UPSTATE: Throwback comes out. I can't wait to get this product done. I can't stand being a perfectionist.

First off...Brian,

I will take those mp3's, but I will also need to get approval from the band to use the music. This is another reason why the DVD is taking FOREVER to come out. All of the music used in the dvd is approved and bound by contract between myself and the bands. Its extreamly difficult to find bands will to give rights to their music, to someone who they've never met before let alone know exactly what their music will be used for.
