Congrats.

Ive got my third and final hearing for my unemployment case. Got an interview with my attorney on Wednesday. Then November 10th is my hearing. Now you gotta wish me luck!

You should see half the stuff this D Bag is saying..

'David was never hired on as a full time employee'

My scheduled shifts were from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. And he was paying my health insurance that he supplied me with.

But I wasnt ever full time employee. I worked part time for 3 years

thats crazy...just show proof of health insurance thru him and you should be good, no judge is going to believe an employer offers benefits to part time employees...
