So I finally got thru to Ivy Tech today and they recieved my transcripts from Vincennes and waived testing in English and speech, thank god! I just have to test in math...anyhow, they are looking at my transcripts and even tho they are 17 years old, they are going to credit me with the classes i took...WOOT Woot!!
going down tomorrow to test in math and register for fall classes..going to Major in Graphic Design

So I went down and took the test today and have to take pre algebra as part of my curriculam since i didnt score high enough on it...Sad
anyhow, just waiting on my orientation appointment to register for classes..also they accepted 15 credit hours from my Vincennes transcript which included englich comp, speech and 2nd semester english... wot woot..all of them were general requirements for my major that i now dont have to take Smile

yeah couldn't figure out why I had to take science or history for Accounting degree either??

But you need math to figure lines and what not for graphic design

I dont use math in my photoshop sigs or whatever lol. I absolutely hate math.. worst subject ever

Phys ed in college can be pretty cool..I took Bowling and weight training when I was at VU

Because it makes you a well rounded individual. I had to take about 4 math classes for my degree in Social Studies Education and I hated them at the time. But, now I realize how much they actually have helped me.

BTW I took dance and Spinning for my phys. ed classes greatest classes ever..Think about it. Miami University dance and spinning. I worked at the rec center and ended up teaching spinning.
