Inquiring Mind

Post by Mandolin on Tue May 26, 2009 9:01 pm

Being a non-truck owning chick, I was just wondering something.

When ya'll do your work in the shop, I am presuming those of you who are married may not wear your wedding bands, since it could be dangerous. So what do you do?

Do you just never wear it? Do you wear if when you're not working on your trucks? Does anyone have (or have considered) a tattooed wedding band?

I always were mine regardless of what I am doing, going to the gym or working on the truck. I have a tungsten carbide ring that I am very proud to show off. JIMMY

Makes perfect sence to me. Too many people get divorced nowadays, theres alot of factors that cause this but the "till death do us part" mentality def isnt there anymore. But what better way to say that then to get a ring you cant take off??? Im not married, hell im single, but one day when i do get married ill have mine tattooed on so i dont crush it in the shop. Dad has had to replace his 3x in 9 years but hes too old school to get a tattoo.

yeah I never really thought about this...not too sure if I would do the tattoo thing...but if it was hard to work with it, I would prolly consider it. I don't believe my dad ever wore a ring when my parents where married

I'm engaged but don't think I will personally do a tattoo ring. I don't think its a bad idea for those who want one though.
