didnt know where else to put this= rant &rave

Ok, so here it go's. I ordered a new pioneer unit from a store online called "dealer cost car audio". I ordered this unit on the 23rd of may. For three weeks, they kept telling me that their distributor was having problems getting the unit's out too them. Have called and e-mailed several times, and I kept getting the same excuse. Finally on one of my last calls, the guys says "I will put it on expedite order to have it next day delivery, and we will refund some of your money". I got a tracking number finally from them on the 19th May !!! It is now the 26th of May, and low and behold, the unit still hasnt shipped according to the ups tracking number. Over a month later, and the unit I ordered still lhasnt shipped ? WARNING dont do business with these people !!!! They have great prices if you want too wait for over a month for the unit too ship. What do you guys suggest I do ? Thanks all.

if you paid with a credit card i would contact them and have the order canceled
its always best to check the BBB when ordering from online discounters

dispute the charge. unless they can prove you received the item, (which you have not,) your CC company should give it back to you. unless of course you use capital one, then you are screwed . . . royally.

Sounds like when i ordered my rims from a Kentucky Dealer. $175 a rim for 18" KMC Rockstars. Gave me the whole run around about dealers n what not, so I just went and got a new Debit Card.

Well HOLY SH** they finally shipped my stuff, right as I was going to call and cancel the damn order. Lets see if I can get them to give me some money back for the over a month of waiting on my order, lol. I doubt it though.
